week 5

Well  I have just finished my 5th week on the program.  I was only down ½ a pound which kinda brought me down.  I was sick over the weekend but still making myself eat so I thought I would see more of a weight loss.  But……..i wasn’t drinking as much water as I should have and I was off my exercise regime so maybe it wasn’t so bad.  I’m ahead of where the plan says I could be so I just have to buckle down.  I would like to hit the 20 pound mark.  I’m going to reward myself when I hit that point so I really do have something to look forward to (besides the weight loss and having more energy).  It’s still a tossup between a new book or the massage.
I get to have a morning snack now along with my meals and afternoon snack.  Sometimes it feels like all I’m doing is eating.
