ARE YOU IN?

Well another week has come and gone and the scale still says the same old thing…  My body must really like where it is right now.  This week I’m starting week 1 all over again.  Sarah from U weight loss says that it is good to do a “kickstart” (week 1) when you lose around 20 lbs.  Also the kick start will help change things up by changing the amounts and types of foods that I’m eating. As for my workouts these days, things are going well.  I’m working out more then I was before and I’m really loving the new workout DVD’s I got…. This week Ashley, a coach a U weight lose, and I are doing a workout challenge.  This week we are going to workout 5 times over the course of the next 7 days.  You can join too…  Just comment on my blog saying you’re in…  Let me tell you it is a lot easier to keep yourself accountable when you tell others what you are going to do….  So today, make up your mind, say you are going to do it, commit to doing it…   THEN GET OUT THERE AND JUST DO IT….  Ashley and I will be there every step of the way!      Have a good one!
